Terms of Service

imgresize.io provides free image and PDF tools — resizing, compression, conversion, cropping, background removal, collages, live photos, PDF creation, merging, extraction, size reduction and text recognition. All processing happens in your browser on your device.

The tools are free for personal and commercial use. There is no account, no subscription and no file limit. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.

• Only process files you have the right to use.
• Do not use the tools for anything unlawful, including forging documents or official IDs.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the site or its infrastructure.

Presets (for exams, passports, visas and similar) are practical starting points gathered from public notices. Requirements change without warning and vary by region and year. Always confirm the current official notice of the authority you are applying to before submitting. We are not responsible for a rejected application.

The service is provided “as is” without any warranty. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free results, or that output will meet a specific authority's requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, imgresize.io and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages — including lost data, rejected applications or missed deadlines — arising from use of the service. Because your files never leave your device, you are responsible for keeping your own copies.

The site's design, code and branding belong to imgresize.io. Your files remain entirely yours — we claim no rights over anything you process.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
